Hun blev 21 ar gl. gift med skoleinspektør i København; Aage Harald Mellemgaard 25.9.1900 - 8.7.1977; Selv er Inger konservatorieuddannet og har givet klaverundervisning. Da jeg i min studietid boede på lejet værelse i nærheden af Inger og Harald på Amager, var jeg daglig gæst hos dem, idet jeg fik alle mine måltider der. De fik to sønner. Inger boede endnu i København, da hun blev enke. Hendes helbred gjorde det imidlertid vanskeligt for hende at klare sig alene i sit hjem. Hun flyttede derfor for nogle år siden til Liselund i Vodskov, hvorfra hun på grund af tiltagende alderdomssvækkelse er flyttet til plejehjem i Gug i foråret 1996.


      Inger Marie Eriksen f.3.11.1904 was also born in Gandrup. She was 21 years old married schoolmaster in Copenhagen; Aage Harald Mellemgaard 09/25/1900 - 08/07/1977. Inger studied at the Music Conservatorium and has given piano lessons. When I was studying lived in a rented room near Inger and Harold on Amager, I was a daily guest with them, because I got all my meals there. They had two sons. Inge lived in Copenhagen after she was widowed. Her health then made it difficult for her to manage alone at home. She then moved some years ago to Lise Lund in Vodskov, where she became increasingly dependent and then finally moved to a nursing home in Gug in the spring of 1996.; Ful-DK, page 2-48, Ful-DK.
