Han var gift med Jørgine Knudsen, f.5.10.1885. De havde vistnokingen egne børn, men havde hans søster Helene's uægteskabelige barn i pleje. Barnet døde imidlertid. Otto Ottosen Holt, f.9.9.1887, had for a time a farm in Hammel and was also representative of Dronninglund. He married Jørgine Knudsen, f.5.10.1885. They evidently had no children of their own, but raised an illegitimate child of his sister Helene. However the child died young.; Ful-DK, page 2-24, Ful-DK.
