[S212] Will, James Fuller, (21 May 1618), In his Will, written in 1618, James gives money and land to a John Fuller of Colchester (who we have named as 'John the Elder') and his brother John Fuller, who we have named 'John the younger'). We are setting up this John - the elder strictly from informaiton from the James Fuller Will. He was named as the executor of the James Fuller estate, which means that he had to be 21 when the Will was written in 1618. This the date of 1597.; Ful-John2, Ful-John2, Section 3.
