Jenkins, 114 Nassau St., New York, NY, USA, 1854), Page 61; Note 20, "Nathaniel Greenleaf was the eldest son of Tristram, Sr. He was born in 1691 and died in 1775. He married Judith ___, and had six children, but not nothing is known of the family except in the line of Abner, his second son, who was born in 1718 and did in 1810. He married Mary Whittier and settled himself on a farm in what is now West Newbury, Mass, then the parish of "Newbury Newtown" where he continued to reside till his death, which took place when he was at the advanced age of 93, in consequence of a fall into the cellar of his house. His wife survived him by two years, dying in 1812, at the age of 76."
